We receive many referrals from surgeons, sports physicians, rheumatologists, GPs, and other allied health professionals (e.g. podiatrists, osteopaths) including physiotherapy colleagues from around the world. However, you do not need a referral to see one of our expert physiotherapists to get started on your journey toward solutions to your current injuries or pain, regardless of whether they are new or chronic.
Patients who are suffering from chronic musculoskeletal conditions may be eligible to receive subsidised costs on limited physiotherapy treatment (5 visits each 12 months) funded by Medicare. Patients must bring with them the GP Management Plan and Team Care Arrangement prepared by their GP to claim for the rebate.
Payment is requested at the time of consultation. Bulk billing is not available.
Upon payment of your account, our staff will lodge your claim with Medicare immediately where possible.
If you have private health insurance, you can choose to make a claim though your private health fund or Medicare but not both.
