What This Seminar Covers

This free community seminar is directed towards people with, or at risk of developing low bone density, or people looking to better understand bone health. Physiotherapist, Molly Roper, and Exercise Scientist and Strength Coach, James Ross will cover topics including the prevalence and impact of low bone density, risk factors, supporting good bone health, and management strategies and the role of strength training to improve and maintain bone health.

The seminar will run from 7pm until 8.30 with light refreshments provided.
