How to make an appointment
Bookings, enquiries and clinical correspondence are handled directly by the Hawthorn Sports Medicine team. A current GP referral is required for Medicare rebates. Full information on consultations, fees, referrals and what to bring is available on the HSM website.
Working alongside Complete Physio Richmond. Sport Medicine Doctors and physiotherapists often share patients. While HSM is consulting from our rooms, patients can access physiotherapy and exercise rehab services at Complete when their treating clinicians recommend it.
