Their vision is to provide exceptional health care backed by research. The clinic’s services include 1:1 physiotherapy, myotherapy, osteopathy, and exercise programs such as strength and conditioning, Pilates, and GLAD (hip/knee and back). Reception Staff
We are seeking a new RECEPTION STAFF MEMBER to join our progressive and passionate team in Richmond. This role suits a student currently studying in an allied health field.
- Be the first point of contact for patients at our front desk in a busy clinical environment
- Work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of physiotherapists, myotherapists, osteopaths and strength and conditioning staff
- Gain valuable exposure to clinical practice while continuing your studies
The ideal applicant will have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a warm, professional manner
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence managing a busy phone and email inbox alongside booking software
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A genuine interest in allied health and patient care
- Reliability and flexibility across weekday and Saturday shifts
Qualifications:
- Previous reception or customer service experience preferred
Remuneration is competitive with casual hours available.
