We do see all TAC and WorkCover patients at Complete. We do not bill TAC or WorkCover directly as full payment is required at the time of the appointment. You will be billed as per our usual rates and will be required to claim the reimbursement from TAC or WorkCover.
There may be an out-of-pocket gap payment due to TAC and Workcover insurers not covering our entire consultation fee. You can advise our reception team that you will be claiming under TAC or WorkCover at the time of booking and provide them with a claim number to add to your invoices. We will complete any paperwork and treatment updates required for your claim.
