Special interests: Cycling, Triathlon, Pilates, Foot and Ankle

Hi, I’m Josie.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Newcastle University in 2018. Since completing my studies, I have gained extensive experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. My areas of special interest include; cycling, triathlon, and foot and ankle related injuries.

Currently, I am completing a Masters of Sports Physiotherapy at La Trobe University, further expanding my expertise. I am also a Clinical Pilates instructor, and trained in strength and conditioning, which enhances my ability to design effective exercise-based rehabilitation programs.

I am passionate about my work and dedicated to empowering patients with the knowledge and tools they need to fully understand their injuries and achieve their physiotherapy goals.

Outside of my clinical work, I am a competitive road cyclist, riding for a Melbourne-based team. I also have a background in running, triathlon and ballet, which drives my passion for sport. Recently, I had the privilege of working with professional cyclists and triathletes in Girona, which further deepened my experience in elite-level sport. Off the bike, I also enjoy running, cooking up a storm and perfecting my coffee art.

Starting Monday Feb 24th.
