Through the Enhanced Primary Care initiative (EPC) you can have 5 physiotherapy sessions annually that are partly covered through Medicare. You need a referral from your GP to access this service. See our Medicare EPC policy page for more information.

We have different price points depending on the physiotherapist that you are booked to see. You can find all our appointment fees on our fees page.

Our physiotherapy sessions differ in length. Our initial consultations are longer than most clinics, allowing time to thoroughly assess and develop a plan for your injury. Initial consultations range from 45 to 60 minutes depending which clinician you see. To ensure ongoing high-quality and holistic care, our standard 30-minute follow-up consultations are also longer than what many other clinics provide. Your treating clinician may also recommend longer appointment times if indicated.

Yes we do offer online (telehealth) appointments if you are unable to attend our clinic in-person.
